We have the exclusive right to develop, improve, and update the Program at our discretion.

Client photos, videos, and testimonials are only published with the Client's separate, signed written authorization, which can be revoked in writing at any time for future uses.

Lab results you choose to share are used only to personalize training, nutrition, and recovery and do not replace the advice of your physician.

Your contact details and application answers are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including GoHighLevel and our own secure database, and are used to schedule calls and send emails or WhatsApp messages related to your application. Our email and messaging providers process this data on our behalf.

2.4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications, at any time by emailing impactcouple24@gmail.com with the subject "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days and delete your data from our systems, except where we must keep it to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
